Growing up in Victoria and coming back after 22 years to what seems like a new city, with the growth in that time period, has been amazing. My entire working career has always been in the automotive world, so it’s great to be at Mercedes-Benz.
As I was born in Germany it was only natural for me to want to work for the best car manufacturer in the business. I started working in the wash bay with Three Point Motors Victoria, and over the past eight years I have worked my way up to Service Manager here at Mercedes-Benz Nanaimo. Although there have been many changes along the way, the one thing that has never changed is our focus on providing the best customer service and customer experience while at our dealership.
I begin my 16th year with Mercedes-Benz here at Mercedes-Benz Nanaimo and I look forward to many more years of helping Mercedes-Benz drivers to enjoy owning and driving the finest automobiles on the road. Please come in and see me for all of your parts and accessory needs.
I moved to beautiful British Colombia in 2019 from Winnipeg and now call Vancouver Island my home. I am so glad to work with our friendly and knowledgeable team. At Mercedes-Benz Nanaimo, we love cars and we care about our customers. Please come in and experience the extraordinary.
I have lived in Nanaimo for seven years after coming a long way from China. My hobbies include many outdoor activities and I have a beautiful girlfriend named Tina. I believe if there is one central theme, in which I have always believed, it is this: the secret of life is to be positive, to try your best, to get on the front foot, get stuck in and give it everything. That’s what I always try to do, at Mercedes Benz Nanaimo and in every other aspect of my life.
I have had the pleasure of calling Nanaimo home for over 15 years. While I am relatively new to the Automotive Industry, I bring with me an extensive background in customer service and IT. Ready for a change of scenery, I was so grateful to be welcomed into the GAIN family and the Mercedes-Benz Nanaimo Team. It brings me immense joy to be part of such an amazing group of people, working tirelessly each day to put our incredible customers into beautiful cars. Over 20 years of experience in the automotive parts industry, mostly in warehousing and distribution. Since joining the company as a parts advisor I have found that GAIN works very hard in providing the ultimate in customer service and parts for our clients.
